Am I Covered?
This item is usually covered, and found under "orthopaedic braces/support" products. Most insurances cover 80-100% of the cost if coverage is available.
Adjustments
Some patients start off with a significant reduction or deviation from a healthy spine. This may mean your brace will be adjusted in stages in order to prevent discomfort. As the patient improves, the brace will be molded closer towards neutral.
Progress Monitoring
Patients have the option to have their spinal and pelvic muscles checked for progress and strengthening during the use of the brace. The frequency depends on the severity of correction.
Supplemental Treatment Available
Soft tissue and alignment treatment available. This is highly recommended as it teaches the patient posture and quickens the progress towards a healthy spinal curve. Please contact us for details.
