What to expect.

Consultations are 15min. However, if you are completing in-person measurements for multiple products, it may be suggested for you to extend the appointment to 30min. Please indicate all products you are interested in during your appointment request so you will be scheduled enough time. 

There is no pressure or requirement to purchase or order anything, even after you complete scans or measurements. Your information will be kept on file, ready for you to order any time in the future.

Just bring yourself. If you have concerns with previous product purchases, you may bring them in for discussion. If you have prescription notes completed, you may bring it in to have it checked to see if the  note qualifies for insurance purposes (proper medical language is required). These are not mandatory.

Whatever is comfortable for you is best. Less bulky clothing and sleeves/pant legs that can be pulled up are preferred but not mandatory. The clinic does not provide gowns or patient clothing.
